Clough, as part of a joint venture, is delivering the Project Ceres urea plant, a landmark project for Western Australia. The plant will be the largest in Australia and one of the largest in the world, installing the most sustainable production processes. The project is expected to generate 2,000 jobs during the construction phase, whilst delivering sustained benefits to the local community through career, training, and business opportunities.Clough currently has an opportunity for an additional Camp Manager to join our team on site. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the accommodation strategy at the site camp, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and efficient living environment for all workers and staff. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage resources effectively.Who we areWe are a pioneering project delivery company. These are just a few words that describe you.Your focus will include:Developing and implementing a comprehensive accommodation strategy to meet the needs of the camp, collaborating with the Mobility Team.Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the camp''s accommodation facilities and maintenance.Conducting regular inspections of accommodation facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and standards compliance.Maintaining accurate records and reports related to accommodation operations, resident attendance, and incidents.Fostering a positive and inclusive camp environment, promoting teamwork, respect, and community among residents.What you will bring to the team:Previous experience in camp management, hospitality management, or a similar role.Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices for camp management.Strong leadership and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work a 19:9 FIFO rotation to site.Our BenefitsWe have created an environment that brings out the best in our people.
