Our mental health programs offer psychiatrists, psychologists, occupational therapists, social workers and registered nurses. More important than discipline, is the individual skill of the senior mental health clinicians we employ. Evidence-based care is delivered through outreach services, clinic-based appointments, telehealth and group programs, based on clinical reasoning and need. Due to the design of the workforce at Clarity, collaboration and continuity of care is core to the delivery of the treatment, with the recovery model and bio-psycho-social model being the grounding principles of all care.Key ResponsibilitiesManage incoming referral process: Accurately input client information, manage the referral review process, identify complex referrals and respond to client calls and emails.Client Scheduling: Contact new clients, assess their needs, and schedule them with the appropriate clinician based on their requirements and availability.Partnership Program Call List Management: Maintain and execute a monthly call list for our partnership program, explaining service offerings to potential clients and ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication.Administrative Support: Assist with additional administrative tasks, including data entry, documentation, and coordination with clinicians as needed.Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for new referrals and clients, providing clear and professional communication.Compliance & Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality at all times and understand privacy policiesUnderstand and explain Clarity Health Care services, including referrals, billing, and consultation fees.Work well in a team environment and are a good communicator, happy to jump in to help other areas of the business when required.About YouExcellent customer service skills, understanding the different needs of our clients, and having a friendly and empathetic attitudeExperience working with Medicare clients in a mental health settingUnderstanding of Medicare Services and billing codesComfortable reading and reviewing sensitive informationConfident calling potential new clients explaining our services and answering questionsHighly organised and thrives working in a fast-paced environmentExperience in a similar administration role will be highly regardedProficient in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint/Experience using Halaxy is an advantageOpen to learning new software programsExcellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work as a reliable and trustworthy team memberCan multi-task and prioritise under pressureComfortable adapting to change and following the practice proceduresUnderstand the importance of patient confidentialityEnjoy working within a supportive teamActively participates in team activitiesThink this sounds like the perfect fit?
