The opportunities are plenty for those who are ready to accept the challenge.Could that be you?Your opportunity:As our Outbound Logistics Operations Administration, you will play a vital role in co-ordination with inventory supply, order management & reverse logistics functions across multiple sales channels. Act as the key interface between our Vodafone channels and customers to the Vodafone Logistics Centre. The role will manage the execution of all operational requirements whilst at the same time looking for opportunities to gain efficiencies and cost savings via operational process improvement whilst maintaining the optimum customer experience.You''ll make impact by the following:Order and delivery management for TPG Telecom brands, ensuring all orders are processed in line with SLAs and customer expectations whilst proactively communicating order status and delays or impacts as and when requiredImplement and maintain efficient distribution models across key channels to maximise sales whilst minimising inventory holding and returns, and minimising distribution costs.Gain a deep understanding of order management systems, including Oracle, other internal systems and where applicable 3rd party EDI (Electronic Data Interface) systemsBuild strong, collaborative and productive relationships with key stakeholders(internal & external).Escalation of stock outages/ potential supply or distribution delaysManagement of escalations, seeing them through to resolution within agreed SLAs.Lead in the development of new and existing business processes and systemsProactive end to end freight tracking including management of damage in transit and lost in transit with all freight partnersManage a continuous improvement plan to drive alignment of our brands and gaining operational efficiencies with our partners and internal stakeholders through process change and project deliveryOther administrative tasks to support the Logistics function as requiredWe are all responsible for taking reasonable care of our own safety and wellbeing at work, and to avoid adversely affecting the safety and wellbeing of another person at work.Always be on the lookout to improve the way we work, and speak up with suggestions for a better way, with the aim of exceeding our customers expectations.Plan your work and be ready to take advantage of the opportunities and risks that come with our ever-changing industry.What youll bring:Previous Logistics experience preferred but not essentialExperience in sales or customer care with a high level of customer service and accountability to deliver results/resolutionAble to communicate complex information clearly in writing and verbally to varied stakeholdersStrong communication & negotiation skillsAble to problem solve and understand root causes of issuesProactive approach to operational and process improvement and driving changeExcellent attention to detailStrong analytical, planning and reporting skillIdeally, you will also have:Ability to work as part of a dynamic and ever-changing teamCreative, flexible and energeticExperience in a fast paced, dynamic organisationIntermediate Excel skillsWhat''s in it for you?Flexible hybrid way of working (from home and office)Stay Connected Mobile Access to a free mobile planStay Connected NBN Access to a free NBN 100 planAccess to TPG Learning Hub platform and internal development opportunitiesAccess to Corporate Partner DiscountsCome join us and build a better future.
