Remote Site Clinical Safety and Quality FacilitatorJoin to apply for the Remote Site Clinical Safety and Quality Facilitator role at Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia.About the RoleThis position reports directly to the Manager Clinical, Safety and Quality and is an integral part of the Clinical Safety and Quality team. The role is responsible for ensuring strong governance and emergency care support to BHP remote clinicians, located in either Adelaide or Port Augusta.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and maintain Clinical Safety and Quality frameworks aligned with NSQHS Standards and RFDS policies.Coordinate infection prevention and control policies across remote sites.Develop and manage the Infection Control Management Plan.Lead the Clinical Audit Program, including monitoring, reviewing, and reporting.Support safety and quality improvement initiatives.Monitor clinical incidents and feedback, perform root cause analysis, and contribute to risk mitigation.Advise on workforce health screening, immunisation, and infection prevention.Candidate RequirementsCurrent AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Paramedic.Experience or interest in remote emergency care and understanding of clinical governance principles.Ability to analyze clinical data for service development and risk reduction.Strong communication skills and ability to build effective relationships.Effective time management skills.Benefits and SupportGenerous salary packaging options, including up to $15,899 for loans, rent, and bills, plus $2,650 for meals and entertainment.Relocation support, onsite parking, Employee Assistance Program, and recognition programs.Comprehensive orientation and professional development opportunities.Additional InformationFor the position description, click here.
