We''re building a big product that solves big problems for a global audience and you''ll be at the center of the business.You''ll have an understanding of product strategy, UI and UX design conventions, a keen eye for pixel perfection, and be passionate about shipping great products.About You3+ years of experience with the end-to-end product design processAn expert in FigmaA portfolio that demonstrates experience in product thinking where you have previously shipped UX/UI design for digital productsProduct strategy - You will work closely with our product team to build product strategies and influence product development across ideation and launchYou have experience working with founders or senior managersYou''re excited by regularly coming up with new features and ideas, and love to ship new products and features that help our usersYou''re organized and love well-considered product design that results in great UX and happy usersYou love working with the broader team, including founders, engineers, product developers, users, and everyone else involved with bringing ideas to lifeHave deep empathy for our customers'' pain points and needs through qualitative and quantitative research (surveys, interviews, and product usage), and develop solutions to meet those needsYou are a problem solver thats excited by a challenge.
