1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicantsDirect message the job poster from JD Ross EnergyHV Infrastructure & Renewable Energy Construction and Engineering - Team Manager at JD Ross EnergyJD Ross Energy are seeking a highly skilled Supervisor / Site Manager to either be based in Melbourne or available on a FIFO basis for our client who is a leading EPC contractor in the renewable energy and HV infrastructure space in Victoria and surrounding States.Reporting to the Construction Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing & leading delivery of construction projects on site for our client to ensure agreed project deliverables & targets are achieved.Responsibilities:Provide effective site leadership and management of multidisciplinary teams of employees and contractors (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical).Plan all site construction activities, identify risks and opportunities, assess and document plant, equipment services and materials required to complete the worksProvide effective management and direction of construction on site having overall accountability for the project site, resources, health safety, environment, and quality of work.Implement a safe working culture at all levels and ensure all health & safety policies, procedures and practices are clearly communicated and always followed.Ensure all contractors and contractor activities comply with scope, quality, legislative, regulatory, and contractual obligations.About you:Proven ability to apply construction management principles, preferably in an electrical distribution, sub-transmission, transmission and/or infrastructure environment.Significant experience with Substation ConstructionHighly effective communication, planning, time management and stakeholder management skills.Establishment and maintenance of relationships with clients and stakeholder over the course of the project lifecycle.This is a mid-senior level Site Management role.
