With extraordinary dining options, including Sokyo, BLACK Bar and Grill, Cucina Porto and our vibrant Sports Bar where the action is live and loud, we are dedicated to delivering the ultimate entertainment, hospitality, and dining experiences for all.The People Operations Advisor, reporting to Senior Manager People Partnerships, will play an active role in delivering and supporting initiatives that empower business leaders, while collaborating closely with the People Operations team.This is a fantastic opportunity where you can put your skills and knowledge to the test to deliver a thrilling new era for our People Operations team.A few of your responsibilitiesCollaborate closely with the People Operations team to ensure strategic alignment and deliver tailored business insights that address the specific needs of each group or department.Provide broad generalist support to the People Partnerships team across a variety of people-related initiatives.Lead efforts to enhance employee engagement and drive business satisfaction in partnership with senior and mid-level leaders.Evaluate and refine People Partnerships processes and procedures, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective solutions.Deliver actionable People insights to both business leaders and People Operations team in support of the People Plan.Manage general administrative tasks as needed to support team operations.What we are looking forTertiary qualification in Human ResourcesDemonstrated experience in a generalist HR roleStrong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skillsSolid understanding of industrial relations frameworks and general employment legislationProficient in creating and interpreting reports to inform decision-makingComfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environmentsAbout youYou are a proactive and adaptable HR professional with solid generalist experience.
