We work alongside communities to inspire people, enliven communities and confront injustice.Your roleWere looking for a skilled Asset Coordinator to lead and manage property and maintenance services across 11 Uniting sites in the Hunter region, covering locations from Caves Beach to Salamander Bay, and as far west as Singleton.You''ll lead a team of 6 Maintenance Officers and ensure our property assets, plant, and equipment are maintained to a high standardsupporting safe, sustainable and homelike environments for the people we serve. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative, solutions-focused approach.What youll be doingLeading day-to-day maintenance operations across 11 sites, ensuring all planned and reactive maintenance is completed safely, on time and within budgetSupporting and developing a team of 6 Maintenance Officers, providing guidance, coaching and clear directionManaging compliance with building regulations, WHS standards and internal policiesOverseeing room refurbishments and minor works projects, ensuring quality deliveryBuilding strong relationships with contractors, service managers and residentsEnsuring lifecycle planning, asset performance, and sustainability targets are metContributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the Property & Housing teamAbout youYoure an experienced and proactive leader with a background in facilities or asset management, ideally across multi-site portfolios.
