Based in Perth, you will be responsible for 16+ stores throughout the Perth metro area including our Airport locations.Your focus will be driving results in a fast-paced environment and leading your team based on our Key Strategic Pillars: Compliance CultureReporting to the Director of Retail ANZ, the State Manager will be responsible for the overall profitability, performance, and engagement of all locations to achieve annual budget and strategic objectives. This business-critical leadership role will drive positive sales results, create and maintain a healthy workplace culture, and lead strategic change to increase profitability.
