Job Opportunity - Primary Health Organisation Manager.Experienced Primary health Organization Manager to lead our busy and dynamic GP Clinic in Home Hill. Both part-time and Full-time position available.Our busy and thriving General Practice and Skin Clinic needs a strong primary health organization manager.Responsibility: Effective booking of GPs , Allied health and helping for steady growth of the practice Strong Medical background and working experience in a primary health organization HR & Admin staff rostering within budget, payroll and quickbooks management Financial performance including budgets and debt management.. Excellent management of patients records and needs Staff orientation and training Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for best practice management as well as Accreditation To continually innovate and develop best practices to grow the business.Requirement:Experience: Medical admin2 years ( min ), Customer service 1 year ( preferred )This position is beyond ordinary day to day operation. Benchmarking process in place and practice need to run within certain budget. Must have relevant tertiary qualification and 2 years of relevant work experience. Strong business acumen Best practice experience preferred Benchmarking and monitoring Medical background is preferred Be able to run the practice within certain budgetThe primary function of the role is to support the GP''s, Admin, Nursing and Allied Health professionals working within this busy and well established Medical Centre. You will ensure your team is delivering high quality, efficient, professional and friendly service to patients, whilst achieving business and clinical goals and targets.Fast-Paced and Challenging full-time/Part-time role. Must have exceptional customer service skills and be flexible with work hours. Should be able to work in a team environment.(Covid and flu vaccination mandatory for work.
