Your focus will include:Driving a customer-first culture where every interaction is personal, professional, and memorable.Coaching and developing a team of Sales Consultants to deliver consistently high performance and customer satisfaction.Leading by example actively engaging with customers on the floor, consulting on premium kitchen, bathroom, and laundry solutions.Overseeing key store operations including team scheduling, performance management, showroom presentation, and adherence to processes.Working closely with internal departments to ensure seamless product delivery, installation, and after-sales care.Contributing to store strategy and sales performance while fostering a positive, collaborative team environment.What were looking for:Proven experience leading teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused retail or sales environment.A hands-on leader who leads from the front and thrives on building capability within a team.A strong commercial mindset with the ability to drive results while maintaining a premium customer experience.Excellent time management, organisation, and problem-solving skills.Someone who genuinely enjoys coaching others and celebrating team wins.Please note this role involves weekend work on a rotating roster.Showroom location possibilities include: Chadstone, Hawthorn, Prahran, Blackburn, Abbotsford.
