Play a key role in shaping Change Management for ServiceNow.Work flexibly at NGM Group a mix of office (Newcastle) & work from homeInfluence outcomes and support business-critical changes.Service Management Specialist | Change ManagementWere looking for a skilled Change Management professional to join our Service Management team and take ownership of our Change processes within ServiceNow. This is a key role where youll help safeguard the stability of our systems, reduce risk, and enable the successful delivery of strategic technology changes.As part of NGM Groups technology function, youll work at the heart of operational excellencebalancing governance, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the IT change lifecycle.What are we looking for?An understanding of ITIL Change Management principlesexperience in Service Desk, IT operations, or incident management is a plus.Strong understanding of ITIL Change Management principles and processescertification is a plus.Hands-on experience using ServiceNow or a similar ITSM platform to manage and track change activity.Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsyoure confident in influencing decisions and guiding discussions.A commitment to learning and professional growthwe dont expect you to be an expert, but you must be willing to develop in this role.The ability to balance immediate change requests with long-term process improvements.A proactive mindsetsomeone who can identify risks, ask the right questions, and drive positive outcomes.What will your key responsibilities include?Administer Change Management processes in ServiceNow, ensuring compliance with ITIL best practices.Run the Change Advisory Board (CAB), ensuring only the right people are involved and that decisions are well-informed.Engage and influence stakeholders, guiding change owners through the approval process and ensuring all necessary checks (e.g., risk assessments, back-out plans, DR considerations) are in place.Monitor upcoming changes, identifying potential risks, conflicts, or dependencies.Help streamline and improve the Change Management function, working with the team to refine processes and governance.Develop your skills and expertise in Change Management, with guidance and mentoring from leadership.Why join us?Beyond the expected perks that were proud to offer like fitness passports, corporate health insurance, and paid parental leave, we go the extra mile to offer benefits that truly enhance your work-life balance, career growth, and sense of belonging.Boredom?
