As Client Advisor - Bilingual Mandarin at Acne Studios you will work collaboratively with your team to establish and nurture loyal and engaging customer relationships, drive sales and positive business outcomes in which your service and attentiveness take centre stage. To ensure your success in this role, we provide training and coaching in luxury sales, service, and clienteling, according to our cutting-edge approach to client experience. You take care of our valued customers at the store and will play a vital role in delivering an excellent customer experience by:Managing and executing omni channel servicesWelcoming and guiding customers through a smooth customer cycle tending to all details and providing them with the best-in-class client experienceAchieving sales, conversion, and clienteling targetsUpholding administrative procedures and skillfully managing our inventoryWHO YOU AREYou have high aspirations and focus on details that create substantial impact.
