Diploma Educators, join our team and support local families in Kaniva.Competitive sector $ + access to salary packaging to increase your take-home payPart-time flexibility and family-friendly - 20 hours per week, Tuesday to Friday.About the roleLocated on Baker Street, our childcare service is an important part of the tight-knit Kaniva community in the West Wimmera region.We have a permanent part-time opportunity to join our Early Learning team and help ensure we provide a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment for children in small group sizes in our long day care service.You will play an important role in assisting our Room Leaders and other qualified educators to provide social and educational activities to build a childs sense of belonging, resilience, kindness, and teamwork.Learn more about our childcare service in Kaniva.Whats on offerWork part-time, 20 hours per week, 5 hours per day, Tuesday to Friday, covering staff lunch breaks and the Service Leader program and planning.In addition to the base hourly rate and superannuation, youll also receive 17.5% leave loading and the ability to increase your take-home pay by accessing up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits that can be used on rent, mortgage repayments, or living expenses such as groceries, bills, clothing, streaming services, and much more.There is also the option to increase your annual leave entitlements through our purchase leave program.
