REF7355ZJob DescriptionResponsibilities will include but are not limited to:Liaising with customer to plan and implement agreed servicesScheduling of appointments.Maintaining busy inboxes, with queries, appointments and non-appointment servicesProviding administrative and operational support to consultant practitionersProviding information and advice to customers, or prospective customersUndertaking other tasks assigned to the Client Services team,QualificationsTo be considered for this role you will have:Minimum 2 years experience in administration in an office environmentDemonstrated the ability to provide excellent customer serviceExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with a happy approachable mannerDemonstrated the ability to work independently and within a group environmentA personal approach which is enthusiastic, friendly and helpfulStrong prioritisation skills while maintaining a level of flexibilityAttention to detail is a mustComputer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)mlcoa offers an exciting and fast paced team environment where client focus, team spirit, drive and respect are key features.
