The role will be filling a vacancy in the Quality Department, with tasks to include calibrating, operating, monitoring and servicing inline testing devices and standalone units. The role will be Monday to Friday 38-hour week roster.Key responsibilities:* Fonterra and Regulatory Standards Health Safety & Wellbeing Food Safety & Product Quality (FSQ)* Compliance with SOPs* Environmental swabbing with adherence to the Pathogen Management Program* Water sampling and AMRA & ATP testing* Sample collection for Milk, Cheese, Powder, Ricotta, Whey Liquids, Concentrate and by-products* Clearing of incoming goods* GMP and Glass and Hard Plastic auditing* Completing down grade reports* Product Clearance, allocation, and re-specification* Retrieve results from BVAQ, SAP and distribute informationYou must also demonstrate:We are looking for individuals who have prior experience within a food manufacturing environment and with a passion for quality.
