Do you have a proven track record in driving revenue across Corporate, MICE, and Inbound segments? Join our vibrant team at Mercure Perth on Hay and take your career to new heights. You will work closely with the Hotel General Manager and be supported by a wider Portfolio Sales Team, collaborating on strategic initiatives that drive business growth and elevate our market position.What your work day will look like:Develop successful business acquisition strategies for meetings, social events, corporate accommodation, and inbound business.Provide quotations for meetings and events proposals covering venue, function, menu, and accommodation costs, ensuring revenue is maximized.Maintain the conference & corporate database of key contacts/clients.Actively develop customer relationships and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through fostering strong relationships.Complete organisation of all major conference activities/events from confirmation to post-event follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.Proactively manage a small account base with the goal of driving new business from these accounts.QualificationsExperience utilizing multiple mediums to communicate and build relationships with clients.Confidence in selling accommodation, event, and outlet spaces within the hotel.A hunger to convert business; a professional driven by results.Strong focus and passion for hotel operations, hospitality, and travel.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of colleagues, customers, and clients across various mediums.Additional InformationAn opportunity to Work Your Way, Learn Your Way, and experience Benefits Your Way at Accor.The chance to contribute meaningfully and take pride in making a difference to the hotel''s operations.Work alongside passionate industry professionals.Be mentored by experienced Accor Hospitality professionals who want to see you succeed! #J-18808-Ljbffr
