Our CompanyAt Parcel we are driven by a vision to offer superior client service and deliver developments that offer Western Australians more choice in their new homes, which reflect the changing nature of the WA property market.As one of WAs fastest growing property companies, Parcel fuses a culture of high performance and passion, dedicated to building quality communities while delivering unique experiences to customers, projects and investors.The RoleAs the Sales Team Leader reporting to the General Manager Land Development, youll drive the team to exceed sales targets through strategic planning, performance management, and strong relationships with customers and builders.Key Responsibilities:Sales Leadership & StrategyDevelop and implement annual sales plans, forecasts, and budgets aligned with company goalsReport on sales performance monthly, quarterly, and annually, and present sales updates at board meetingsCollaborate with the Sales Operations Manager to streamline processes and ensure efficiencyContinually assess and improve the sales process while identifying skill development opportunitiesOversee and coordinate pricing and rebates for individual lotsManage the Stage Release Program, ensuring seamless coordination across departmentsBuilder RelationsLead and optimise the planning and operations of Display Village programsDevelop and execute a Builder Relations Strategy to meet business objectives and sales targetsRepresent the company at builder events and support the sales team in hosting responsibilitiesMonitor and evaluate builder performance, identifying new partnership opportunitiesMarketing CollaborationWork closely with Marketing to ensure sales and marketing goals are alignedYouYou''re a dynamic leader with a proven track record in driving sales success and motivating high-performing teams.
