Customer service is at the core of all that we do.The OpportunityWe are looking for a Parts Interpreter for our Launceston Branch.To be successful, you will be a confident self-starter and have a passion for agricultural and small construction machinery, an open mind for the rural lifestyle and demonstrate the following attributes.As Parts Interpreter, your responsibilities will include:Providing sales and service of parts to customersOrdering stockReceipting stockPicking and packing freightAssisting the workshop staff with the purchase of parts for machineryMaintaining stock levels in the showroomStocktaking, inventory and warehouse maintenanceUpdating the system in a timely manner while ensuring accuracyAssist all customers with sales queriesMaking sales to lifestyle customersPassing on all other sales leads to the best-suited Sales RepAll other duties as required by managementPerson SpecificationAs a successful Parts Interpreter, you will have:Previous experience as a Parts InterpreterExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to think clearly, analyse data and act accordinglyProblem-solving skillsAn ability to manage your workload to achieve set outcomesMechanical aptitude and experienceEffective time management and prioritisation skillsComputer Software experienceAn ability to work under pressure, with attention to detail and limited supervisionBe a team player who works with initiative, commitment and a positive attitudeAbility to adapt and respond to changing work situations and environments.Drivers LicenceForklift License preferred but not essential.RewardIn return, you will be working alongside our experienced parts staff for a company that values its employees.
