You will be providing support to our staff, ensuring seamless transitions and service from check-in to check-out and everything in between.What you will be doing:Ensure Guest and Colleague satisfaction at all times by ensuring that safety and service are the spa''s top prioritiesPerforms supervisory duties including leading, coaching, performance management, counseling, scheduling and supervision of staffPromote sales of spa services and retail utilizing your extensive knowledge of all products and servicesCoordinate support staff schedules and time off requests/ trades to ensure adequate staffingAssist Spa Manager with facility maintenance and work orders to ensure peak operational performanceMaintain through knowledge of competitors including locations, product offerings, pricing and promotionsAdminister and implement spa operations training (i.e. telephone etiquette, guest relations, sales, services, etc)Perform Spa tours for potential clients as neededMaintain close and effective working relationships with other departmentsMaintain atmosphere of aloha spirit by providing engaging, personalized, timely, and efficient service to our discerning guestsFocus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timesPromote and enforce health and safety awareness as well as to have a complete understanding of the emergency proceduresEstablish, update and adhere to hotel and departmental policies, procedures and service standardsContribute to the improvement of the operation by contributing ideas, making suggestions and holding regular departmental communication meetingsQualificationsMust be professional, service oriented, accurate, gentle and work with attention to detail, striving to exceed the expectations of every guest every time.High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications,Excellent personal appearance, good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask with ease all while focusing on the guest.
