Expression of Interest: Creative Producer - NSW3-month contract with possibility to extendSydney-based | Part-time/freelance | Late-May to end-Aug 2025Rate: $77,250 pro-rataAustralian Plays Transform (APT) is seeking a skilled and collaborativeCreative Producerto join us on a short-term contract to deliver impactful programs that celebrate bold storytelling and underrepresented voicesincluding ourWriters Groups & Developing the Dramaturg (NSW) APTs artist development programs supporting emerging playwrights and dramaturgs across the state.Youll be the glue between artists, venues, partners, and our small but mighty APT team. Were looking for someone who thrives on logistics, artist care, and holding the creative and cultural integrity of projects with confidence and care.Wed love to hear from you if you:Arebased in SydneyHave experience producing theatre, festivals or artist-led programsAre organised, communicative, and comfortable working across multiple partnersEnjoy working alongside artists and value culturally safe, collaborative processesHave a strong interest in new Australian stories and inclusive practiceAPT is committed to creating a more equitable and representative theatre landscape.
