Fiona Stanley Fremantle Hospital is seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse Specialists (CNS) to join our dynamic Older Adult Mental Health team.ResponsibilitiesIn collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of patient care within your specialty. Your responsibilities will include:Supervising Quality Care: Develop and implement standards of practice, ensuring alignment with contemporary clinical practices.Staff Education: Lead educational initiatives to empower and enhance the skills of our nursing staff.Research and Improvement: Initiate and drive research and quality improvement activities to continually elevate patient care.Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Provide clinical expertise in the nursing treatment of older adult mental health inpatients, working closely with a multidisciplinary team.As a senior nurse, you will have professional accountability to the Nursing Coordinator, offering mentorship and role modelling to fellow nurses.
