Your responsibilities include:Assess auditory problems of non-complex adult clients following Australian Hearing standardsProvide rehabilitative support, including fitting hearing aids, assistive listening devices, and communication strategiesRefer clients to other professionals or seek guidance from senior audiologists when neededParticipate in visiting sites and home visitsCollaborate with NDIS representatives, allied health agencies, and families for optimal outcomesEngage in community marketing/public relations activitiesDeliver excellent customer service, manage client load, and meet revenue targetsWhat youll bringSuccessful candidates will thrive in a client-centered environment, providing exceptional service while managing complex medical administration.
