We are seeking junior lawyers with 2 years PQE in Property and Commercial law to join our fast-growing team. Our team provides expert legal services across the full spectrum of property law. Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of property transactions, including residential and commercial conveyancing. Draft and review contracts of sale, leases, and related property documents. Provide advice on property law issues and conduct settlements. Handle cases independently under supervision. In dispute work, represent clients in hearings, including preparation of submissions and advocacy, and advise clients on options and legal strategies. Support various other legal areas as needed, including wills and estates, commercial contracts, business purchases and sales, and dispute resolution. Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents. Skills and Experience: Bachelor of Laws or equivalent and a current NSW practising certificate. Two years post-qualification experience (PQE) in conveyancing and/or general practice work. Proficiency in legal research, drafting, and negotiation. Competency using practice management software and digital conveyancing platforms. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and professional service delivery. Ability to communicate complex legal information clearly and concisely to clients.
