We are open to candidates in Sydney, and were looking for someone who is great at building relationships across all levels and passionate about creating a positive work experience for our people.What will your typical day look like?As a Senior HR Consultant, you will be part of the Talent team within Deloitte Australia, aligned to a portfolio within the Enabling Areas business unit. Our energetic team collaborates and connects with leaders and the broader talent team across Leadership & Learning, Resourcing, Global Mobility, Employee Relations (ER), and Talent Acquisition both virtually and in location to provide best-in-class support for our internal business support areas.Key responsibilities include collaborating with senior stakeholders across Finance, Quality & Risk, ITS, Legal, and other key parts of our business. You will also manage the provision of HR advice, talent management, HR reporting and insights, ER and WHS management, and reward and recognition.You will work closely with your portfolio leaders as a business partner executing our Talent strategy and will play an integral role as part of the Enabling Areas talent team.
