You''ll play a key role in ensuring accurate financial records, providing top-tier support to our customers, and mentoring the AR team.This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings a proactive approach to problem-solving, and is passionate about improving systems and processes. Someone whos comfortable navigating ambiguity, can work independently, and isnt afraid to roll up their sleeves and take initiative when the path isn''t clearly defined.What Youll DoMaintain and update the billing system to ensure accurate, real-time informationGenerate invoices, credit notes, and account statements with precision and timelinessPerform account reconciliations and support the month-end closeMonitor customer accounts and drive collections, reducing aged debtInvestigate discrepancies, communicate with customers, and resolve queries with professionalismPrepare AR performance analysis to support leadership decision-makingCoach and support the AR team, helping improve efficiency and service levelsIdentify opportunities to streamline AR processes and implement improvementsExercise discretion and integrity in handling confidential financial dataQualificationsProven experience as a senior accounts receivable officer, ideally in high-volume environmentsStrong knowledge of accounting principles and fair credit practicesExceptional attention to detail and data accuracyConfidence working autonomously and making decisions without constant directionAbility to navigate change, manage competing priorities, and stay calm under pressureExcellent communication skills and experience in building client relationshipsProficiency in Excel and familiarity with Xero and Cin7 (preferred)Additional InformationYou''ll be joining a high-performing, fast-paced team where your work drives meaningful impact in a leading tech company at the intersection of healthcare.
