You will advise on diverse employment, workplace relations, discrimination and work safety law matters, supporting clients in navigating relevant laws, regulations and policies.Bartier Perry offers structured career progression for those who want it, within a warm, friendly and supportive environment.Our ideal candidate will possess:1-5 years'' post-admission experience in employment and industrial law, ideally gained in private practiceThe ability to prioritise tasks and manage workflow in line with business and client requirementsExcellent communication skills and attention to detailA passion for workplace law and excellent client service skillsGood technical skills and sound knowledge in employment and industrial lawSelf motivation and interest in delivering client solutionsExcellent time management and the ability to work to meet deadlinesAbility to work collaboratively within a teamA 2024 Employer of Choice, Bartier Perry is a firm where our culture drives all that we do.
