The technology stack involves backend services, multimedia engineering, multimedia frameworks, and heterogeneous computing. Our platform processes hundreds of millions of videos and tens of billions of pictures daily, supporting TikTok''s development. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basisearly applications are encouraged.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in developing video computing frameworks to support efficient processing of massive videos and complex business needs.Support multimedia-related business requirements, including image processing, video transcoding, editing, and analysis.Perform performance analysis and optimization for video processing.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:Final year or recent graduate in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.Proficient in at least one mainstream language: C/C++/Python/Go, with excellent coding skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with multimedia technologies such as video codecs, detection, and enhancement.Experience in media processing framework development.Experience in video processing performance optimization.Experience in transcoding or computing platform development.Positive attitude, responsibility, meticulousness, and good teamwork skills.TikTok values an inclusive environment where employees are appreciated for their skills, experiences, and perspectives.
