We are looking for passionate Senior Speech Pathologist to join our metropolitan therapy team. This role will be based at our purpose-built Armadale Hub, with opportunities to support clients, families, and other therapists across the metropolitan area. About the role Our Senior Speech Pathologists deliver community-based interventions in homes, schools, childcare centres, and our hubs. They work within supportive, multidisciplinary teams to provide family and person-centred, evidence-based support, helping clients live their best lives. The role involves working with infants, children, and adults with various disabilities, including ASD, intellectual disabilities, and sensory impairments. Caseloads can be tailored based on interests and expertise. As a Senior, you will provide clinical support and mentorship to other speech therapists, fostering their professional development. What you will bring to the role Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and current registration with Speech Pathology Australia. NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid, and proof of work eligibility. Ability to assess, plan, and deliver person-centred, evidence-informed services across various settings. Strong communication skills and collaborative approach.
