Were looking for a proactive and commercially minded Account Specialist to join our Mackay team and help us deliver exceptional service to our customers.What youll doAs a key member of our team, youll be the primary liaison between our customers and internal stakeholders ensuring our services are delivered in line with customer expectations and contractual obligations. Your responsibilities will include:Managing service changes and pricing assessmentsPreparing customer reporting and analysing key KPIsLeading the preparation of invoices and ensuring financial accuracyBuilding strong relationships with key stakeholders internal and externalEnsuring contract compliance and identifying opportunities for improvementSupporting key projects to drive operational and commercial outcomesWhat youll bringWere after someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has an eye for detail and brings a customer-first mindset.
