With 200 staff in five countries, and headquartered in Melbourne, Australia, me&u is the consolidation of two leading hospitality technology companies: Mr Yum and me&u, who merged in November 2023.About The RoleAs a RevOps Analyst, youll take ownership of company-wide metrics like our Northstar, evolve the dashboards our teams rely on, and provide key insights for our entire business - from Salespeople on the ground to the CEO. Your work will help people make faster, smarter decisions, directly influencing our success. If this level of ownership excites you, this is the role for you.What Youll DoSupport founders and finance with timely, accurate reporting and analysis to inform strategic decisions.Build, maintain, and improve dashboards for Sales, Onboarding, and Account Management teams, with guidance from the RevOps Lead.Identify and develop AI tools to enhance reporting, validation, and analysis.Own our Northstar metric reporting a business-wide measure aligning company priorities.Ensure leadership has accurate and timely KPI reports for performance reviews.Assist customer-facing teams by answering questions and resolving issues efficiently.Perform data validation and accuracy checks on critical reports, escalating issues as needed.What Youll NeedAdvanced proficiency in SQL and Google Sheets (or Excel).Experience with BI tools like Sisense Fusion.Ability to leverage AI tools for analysis enhancement.Nice to HaveFamiliarity with HubSpot and Salesforce.Experience in fast-paced tech startups.Knowledge of GTM reporting in similar businesses.Why Me&UWork with impact and purpose in helping the hospitality and entertainment industries thrive.
