By driving best practice, its aim is to improve standards of service in the financial services industry ultimately helping to create a better experience for customers. The Code group is a separately operated and funded business unit of AFCA working with the independent Code Compliance Committees that monitor the Codes of Practice.The role of Senior Code Compliance Analyst -Life Insurance will report to the Senior Manager- Life Insurance. Senior Code Compliance Analysts support the delivery of compliance monitoring activities to support the work of independent Code committees.
