This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about creating a safe and sustainable workplace. Youll work closely with both our site and national teams, supporting all departments to ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of our employees and contractors.In This Role, You WillPromote and ensure compliance with all HSE requirements across the siteConduct proactive risk assessments on new and existing equipmentLead and support safety investigations, driving corrective and preventative actions using safety psychology strategiesProvide expert guidance on environmental compliance and initiativesChampion our safety culture through clear communication and team engagementBe a key member of the Site Leadership Team, influencing safety strategy and outcomesAbout YouTertiary qualifications in WHS/OHS or a related field (preferred), with solid knowledge of Tasmanian OHS legislation & Environmental sustainabilityExperience in a similar HSE role, ideally within manufacturing or a comparable industryStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressureExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsyou know how to bring people along on the safety journeyA hands-on, solutions-focused mindset with a genuine passion for workplace safetyWhy Join Us?This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career within a global organisation, in a role thats both challenging and rewarding.
