Job Description A Claims Service Consultant supports customers through claims lodgement and information gathering to assess claims. Responsibilities include completing tele-claims, assessing, and initiating support options tailored to customer needs, ensuring quality and service standards meet TALs requirements. In This Role You Will Ensure compliance with TAL policies, procedures, and guidelines, aligning claims management with TALs philosophy. Adhere to external regulations such as Privacy laws and the Life Insurance Code of Practice. Maintain high-quality, accurate, and compliant interactions with Customers, Advisers, and stakeholders. Collaborate across departments to support project work and process improvements. Contribute to departmental and company projects as needed. Perform other duties as required. Qualifications Exceptional customer service skills with high integrity. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Empathy and rapport-building over the phone. Ability to work independently and in teams. Experience in Financial Services or Insurance industry. Excellent analytical and attention to detail skills. Relationship management and negotiation skills. Adaptability to change and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and data input accuracy.
