This is a full time, permanent position, based in a modern office in Macquarie Park.Are you an early career HR professional looking for a diverse and well-supported role?Enjoy a friendly and professional team environment, as well as mentoring and career development opportunities whilst working for a global brand.Reserved parking and hybrid working options.As a member of the HR team, youwill undertake a broad range of HR-related responsibilitiesincluding:Coordinate end to end recruitment in consultation with relevant managers, including acting as the internal and external contact for enquiries.Prepare employment documentation and manage working rights for all employees.Support HR generalist projects and related activities.Coordinated professional development and graduate and internship programs.Promote, schedule all training (both internal and external courses) and coordinate attendance. Develop and maintain an annual training calendar.General administrative support and event coordination such as coordinating and promoting events e.g., Diversity and Inclusion/Health & Wellbeing, social and other events.Create relevant documentation as required for Human Resources and Organisational Development initiatives.Provide support with creating, updating, and maintaining reports and dashboards.You will be exposed to, and have the opportunity to develop skills and strengths, in HR strategy, learning and development, industrial relations, performance management, occupational health and safety, and rehabilitation.Critical to your success in this role will be the proven ability to demonstrate:tertiary qualifications in Human Resources essentialcapabilities to deliver contemporary HR best practiceability to take initiative and resolve pending issues.strong attention to detailexcellent interpersonal and communication skillsan ability to successfully manage your own workload, including meeting deadlines and competing prioritieswell-developed research skills and the ability to produce written material of a high qualitybe comfortable working as part of a small and highly productive teamhave a high level of personal responsibility for the quality of your work outputbe an outstanding learner and someone who thrives in an outcome driven environmentunderstanding of the NES.exposure to Recruitment/Talent Attractiontech-savvy.About us:We are redefining what it means to be a smartphone company.
