We say that because we know that every conversation we have, every code line we write, and every interface we design is another opportunity for us to enrich our customers experiences.Reporting to the Account Executive Team Lead, you''ll be our main person for showcasing Xplor Education''s product suite to new customers. Your job is to impress potential clients with engaging demos, keep the pipeline active, and bring new customers on board to experience the magic of Xplor.You''ll be the one who follows up on inbound leads, hunts down new prospects, and qualifies them like a pro. Your solution-selling skills will shine as you negotiate and close deals, ensuring our customers are thrilled with their Xplor journey.Some of the other responsibilities youll have:Hold product demonstration appointments with potential new client accountsUnderstand the customer pain points in running a childcare business, and map those to the unique value that the Xplor system providesDevelop your product demonstration dynamically to solve real problems experienced by different stakeholders in a childcare businessDemonstrate empathy and build trust in external relationships with our clientsBuild and maintain a pipeline of new business and account expansion opportunitiesKeep up-to-date records of activities in our CRM (Salesforce)Maintain knowledge of any new products, features, and offersOrganise and execute your own post-demonstration follow-up strategies consistentlyInteract with accounts, leads, contacts, and opportunities according to sales department best practices, policies, and proceduresAttend and staff trade shows / in-person events when required to build relationships in personDevelop plans to target new customersFor this position, we offer a hybrid and flexible working model, where youll spend two days per week in the office and three working from home.QualificationsWhat would make me a good candidate?2+ years experience in solution selling technology or SaaS productCan demonstrate a successful track record in proactively growing sales pipelines and delivering predictable resultsHunter mindset who also thrives in a KPI / Target driven environmentExcellent communication and negotiation skills, and naturally articulateConfident phone manner and active listening skillsAbility to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectivelyShow awareness of own strengths and areas for growth and develop and apply new skillsProactive, self-motivated learner with a strong drive to achieve personal goalsAbility to work in a team where you manage your own time and prioritiesMotivated by a fast-paced environment where you will have to constantly adapt - no two days are the same!Youre a true team player who knows that we all have to sometimes roll up our sleevesYou align with our four core values and youre simply a good humanAt Xplor, we believe that the best innovation and ideas happen at the intersection of differences - people of different cultures, generations, disciplines, and lived experiences.
