Building trust with customers by understanding their needs and providing solutions. Collaborating with product, engineering, and escalation teams to address issues. Participating in on-call rotations to monitor and resolve weekend issues (voluntary). Communicating updates and resolutions to customers. Minimum Qualifications 4+ years of support and networking experience. Experience with firewalls, packet filtering, and troubleshooting. Knowledge of IPv4, IPv6, routing, DNS, load balancing, proxies, and layer 2-4 concepts. Understanding of authentication systems like LDAP and MS AD. Preferred Qualifications Experience with network protocol analyzers (tcpdump, Wireshark), network security (SSL/TLS, VPNs, Firewall, IDS/IPS). Familiarity with Zscaler products. Scripting skills (Shell, Python) and VPN technologies (IPSec).
