This full-time role, based in South West Sydney and will play a key role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies across a group of diverse businesses.The focus will be on generating leads, boosting brand awareness, and reaching new customers across multiple brands within the group.What you''ll be doingPlan, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including search engines, social media, email, SMS, and content marketing.Oversee the companys website and digital presence, ensuring it is SEO-optimized and delivers a compelling user experience.Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns and implement SEO strategies to improve search visibility and generate high-quality leads.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover opportunities and inform digital marketing strategies.Monitor campaign performance and website analytics to evaluate effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content, including posts and videos, and manage social media accounts across various platforms.Stay informed on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices to keep strategies current and effective.What we''re looking for35 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven ability to plan and execute effective, results-driven campaignsStrong proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, Google Ads, and content marketing strategiesExcellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making; able to interpret web analytics and apply insights to enhance performanceCreative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative digital marketing initiativesStrong communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience collaborating across teams and departmentsGenuine interest in the agricultural industry and a commitment to staying current with evolving digital marketing trendsWhat''s in it for you?Job Security: Join a well-established business offering long-term stability and opportunities for growth across multiple entities.Remuneration package of $110,000k + SuperWork with a team that values independencePositive Workplace Culture: Enjoy the support of a family-oriented director committed to staff wellbeing and long-term retention.Team Celebrations.
