About the role: The HR Business Partner Workforce Management provides expert advice and high-level support to site leaders, assessing policies, procedures, and systems to identify requirements, issues, and risks, thereby improving people outcomes and service delivery aligned with workforce planning strategies. This role is responsible for the recruitment and deployment of leadership, teaching, and ancillary staff within their portfolios. The HR Business Partner contributes to developing and implementing key P&C policy initiatives, applying relevant government policies, procedures, and legislation. They will support policy development related to the Education Act, upcoming Enterprise Agreements, and system strategies, involving coordination, formulation, monitoring, and evaluation within broad parameters. Qualifications: Essential: Nil. Desirable: Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Organisational Development, or Business Management. Special Conditions: The successful applicant must obtain a Department for Human Services (DHS) Working with Children Check (WWCC) before employment, renewed every five years. They will also need to undertake RRHAN EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse, and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) or online Fundamentals course, updated every three years.
