Established in 1987 and continuing to evolve both organically and through acquisition, we are well positioned for growth and committed to achieving our vision of being Australias leading home builder.About the opportunityThe Production Estimating Systems Officer is primarily responsible for ensuring errors are identified, analysed and corrected.Reporting to the Estimating Development Manager, the role will be focused on collection of data, data analysis and root cause analysis of the errors. The findings will be presented and reported to stakeholders with recommendations for remedial actions, ensuring the approved recommendations are followed through.More specifically, you will be:Processing ETSsAnalysing ETS Data to identify causes that are affecting margins within the businessMonitoring & Implementing proposed solutions, ensuring adherence to established strategiesWorking collaboratively with cross functional teams to understand the broader context of issues impacting marginMaintaining high standards in the work that you produce despite pressing deadlinesAlways upholding safe working practices and behavioursLeading by example to promote an inclusive, positive and innovative work environmentAbout youYou will share a passion for our purpose to be Australias number one residential builder and be aligned to our core values.
