And your colleagues will be there to motivate and inspire you every step of the way.Position PurposeThe role of the Warehouse Lead is to take responsibility for the smooth running of Amplifon Australia warehousing function, actively overseeing and monitoring the receipt, orders, returns, assembly, and dispatch of goods. This includes the management of all clinic orders and leading the team to ensure accurate and timely and dispatch of hearing aids, accessories, batteries, audiology equipment, brochures and other items and other associated processes. This role is pivotal in leading the strategic expansion of the warehouse capabilities & supporting overall supply chain strategic initiatives.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDay to DayAccountability for all BAU warehouse operations and the warehousing team, including responsibilty for the end to end order fulfilment - inbound/outbound/returns/inventoryActively monitor of all clinic orders and outbound status monitor KPIsContinuous improvements/process improvements to embed a robust platform for further expansionEnsure QC for outbound ordersMaintain updated S&OP documentations for key process flowsProvide insights monthly to global Supply ChainOversee warehouse inventory management and work closely with Planning & Inventory SpecialistKey contact for courier partners & freight forwarder monitor volume, trends, and costOverseeing cycle count & full stocktake in the warehouse adhering to financial audit requirementOverseeing accurate and timely receipting of inwards goods into central warehouse (count and put away)hearing aids, accessories, stationery, batteries, audiology equipment and other items (hereafter referred to as Stock)Daily/weekly order monitoring of the fulfillment of stock orders from central warehouseFuture Daily order fulfillment of HA orders from central warehouse to clinicsAccurate and timely picking, packing and distribution of Fox Web to customersAccurate recording stock adjustments into Amplifon database (Oracle) to maintain robust inventoryOverseeing the physical return flow, support Returns Specialist and end to end credit note recovery process monthly montioring KPIsImplement exception reports inc. Out of Stock, order fulfillment tracking.Project OperaOwn the strategic planning of further expansion of the central warehouse for 1AUS (Amplifon, Bay and Attune)Assess, design and delivery a phase 1 centralised return flow in 2025Assess, develop and delivery a business case for a 1 AUS centralised modelTeam managementDirectly responsible for the management, engagement, and development of logistics teamSupport the recruitment, training, and induction of new staff in the teamTrack and address daily operational issues including people management and teams workload and activityMonitor and address technical issues to relevant stakeholders in a timely mannerMonitor teams activities to ensure best performance of list and variety of tasks for team.Support Head of Supply Chain and/or Supply Chain Manager as and when required, including gathering information and resolve issuesManage the required resources for causals and/or sick/annual leave.As requiredDistribution of marketing material and other mail outs to clinicProvision of required information and documents for internal and external stakeholdersIdentify and implement process improvement and internal controlsProject support/involvement WMS/1PCSkills and ExperiencesBachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.Proven Experience in Warehouse management, Logistics or Warehouse Operations (5+ year).Knowledge in Warehouse Management System (WMS) & Enterprise Resource Management (ERP)Experience in implementing process improvements & logistics solutionLeadership with experience in building team and cross functional collaborationExcellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders, suppliers and external partners.Demonstrated ability to innovate and improve operational processes, forward & reverse logistics.Data driven decision-making approach with a keen eye for identifying trends and insights to drive cost optimisation.Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levelsAbility to present complex data & solutions in an easy to understand to non-technical stakeholders.Strategic thinker with innovative mindsetStrong proglem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenesAbility to thrive in fast paced environmentPutting People FirstOne of the ways we amplify careers is by helping our people achieve their full potential.
