Responsibilities of this key role As a Client Success Manager at KOR, you will be the primary contact for our clients, leveraging automation, self-service, and on-demand knowledge to deliver premium value. You will work closely with clients at all levels and collaborate internally to create joyful experiences. This role requires excellent communication, flexibility, and an enterprising attitude. Your main responsibilities include: Being the primary contact for client inquiries related to business, domain, product, and technical issues. Review, validate, and triage technical escalations. Drive account growth by expanding revenue through pre-sales and existing client opportunities. Enhance client lifetime value through increased product adoption, satisfaction, and health scores. Participate in KOR working groups as needed. Define and optimize the client lifecycle by implementing programs to improve engagement based on segmentation, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. About you You are eager to influence client experiences and business outcomes. You thrive in collaborative, team-oriented environments, take ownership, and focus on results in a fast-paced, mission-driven setting. Additionally, you meet these criteria: +4 years of experience in OTC Derivatives or Regulatory Reporting (preferably vendor or back office).
