About the role Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Telecommunications Coordinator to join our energy team. This role will be based at our client head office in the Perth CBD, focusing on resourcing, planning, and coordinating activities for our Offshore project. Benefits of working with Monadelphous Flexible working hours Working from home Site travel opportunities Key Responsibilities Interface with operations, maintenance, engineering, and outside vendors and subcontracted personnel to obtain specific information related to onshore maintenance requirements. Provide expert advice, support, technical or functional information (related to estimating and work pack preparation) as required. Develop and coordinate work packs and supporting documentation to ensure efficient execution. Coordinate maintenance activities in accordance with client procedures and standards, through to implementation of maintenance execution plans. Oversee the full spectrum of planning, considering materials, resourcing, and equipment procurement. Maintain and develop a knowledge base of maintenance management systems and planning tools with daily use of SAP. Qualifications and Experience Australian Trade certificate in Electrotechnology, Communications, or equivalent (essential). Electrical license - Restricted or above (Highly desirable). Knowledge of the Inspection and Calibration of Telecoms systems such as PA/GA, Telephony, LAN, Radio, CCTV, Meteorological, Entertainment. Extensive experience with SAP PM or other CMMS Systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel. Experience with certified equipment and hazardous areas (EEHA inspection). Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
