This role is responsible for identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding high-value relationships with individuals, corporations, trusts and foundations that align with Parkervilles mission and long-term strategic goals. Working as part of the Fundraising and Philanthropy team, the position contributes directly to revenue generation, donor engagement, and supporter retention, with a particular focus on delivering high-quality partnership experiences and tailored donor journeys. The role also manages a dynamic prospect pipeline, coordinates corporate volunteering activities, supports fundraising reporting, and represents Parkerville at events and engagement opportunities. By driving strategic partnerships and philanthropic investment, the Philanthropy and Partnerships Lead directly contributes to Parkervilles ability to deliver critical services that support the recovery, safety, and long-term wellbeing of children, young people, and families impacted by trauma.If youre a strategic thinker, passionate advocate, and natural relationship-builder who thrives on creating partnerships that drive real, lasting change we want you on our team at Parkerville!This role is offered on a Permanent, Full-Time basis at our Burswood Location.Please contact Mariam at mariam.mukaty@parkerville.org.au if you have any questions.If you would be keen to join us, we are now seeking a passionate and committed professional to join our team who can:Coordinate and deliver bespoke donor experiences, including site visits, event invitations, personalised briefings, and impact reporting.Prepare partnership proposals and customised pitches that articulate shared value and impact.Conduct ongoing research to identify new philanthropic and corporate partnership prospects.Support Parkervilles strategic fundraising initiatives, including campaigns and signature events such as the Annual Charity Event.Collaborate on varied projects and perform extra duties as directed, ensuring alignment with overarching Fundraising and Philanthropy objectives.Develop and manage a prospect pipeline.The successful candidate for this role will be able to:A minimum of five years of experience in fundraising, philanthropy, corporate partnerships, or related relationship management rolesTertiary qualification in fundraising, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Demonstrated success in meeting fundraising or income targets in a not-for-profit or corporate setting.Experience representing an organisation at external events or in donor meetings, with a high level of professionalism.Excellent organisational and project management abilities, with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesParkerville Children and Youth Care are uniquely positioned to provide the successful applicant with the following benefits.Salary packaging of up to $15,900 per annum tax free for everyday expenses and up to $2,650 per annum on meals and entertainment.
