Your Key Responsibilities: Utilize a person-centred approach to tailor services and support participants into meaningful employment. Develop positive partnerships with local employers to create employment opportunities for participants. Enhance employability through referrals to support services and training. Provide in-employment support to sustain employment. Market participants skills to prospective employers. Achieve program performance and quality benchmarks. Maintain detailed, accurate records and adhere to all compliance requirements. Participate actively in the local community to promote services. Candidate Profile: Passionate and motivated with a positive attitude and a strong desire to help participants succeed. Relationship builders with strong customer service skills. Detail-oriented and quality-focused, capable of following guidelines. Problem solvers who can develop strategies for sustainable employment placement.
