By fostering strong partnerships with stakeholders and aligning with global objectives, you will support the organisation''s success and promote a cohesive and inclusive workplace culture.Key responsibilitiesBuild strong partnerships with leadership to drive strategic support and serve as the primary point of contact for all state-based P&C activities.Collaborate with leadership in the development and execution of the engagement strategy.Offer expert guidance and support on employee relations matters to foster a positive work environment.Monitor employment legislation changes, updating policies and procedures accordingly.Support the implementation of governance structures, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures.Assist leadership in implementing recruitment and selection processes.Facilitate seamless onboarding and induction experiences for new employees to enhance retention and engagement.Support the performance management process, facilitating training and development activities.Assist with the execution of competitive remuneration strategies.Manage reward and recognition programs.Coordinate Occupational Health, Safety, and Wellbeing (OHSW) activities.RequirementsBachelor''s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, related field, or equivalent work experienceProven experience working in an HR Advisor or similar role, ideally within a high-performance culture and dynamic environmentComprehensive knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment lawStrong understanding of organisational development, employee engagement, talent management, and culture transformationExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenDemonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholdersExceptional problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to analyse complex situations and provide strategic HR solutionsProven ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlinesProficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other relevant software applicationsMeaningful Impact - ''advancing medicine, improving lives'' of people around the worldProfessional Growth Opportunities - We believe in investing in our employees'' developmentEmployee Recognition - Your hard work and achievements will be recognised and rewardedEmployee Wellness Initiatives - We prioritize the health and wellbeing of our employeeIf you are interested in applying for this position, please include a CV and cover letter with your application.At Nucleus Network we are committed to creating a supportive and inclusive space where every individual feels they can be their full selves.
