You will be part of the People team, partnering with our customers to attract, engage, and hire top talent from diverse backgrounds to Zurich, supporting the business to deliver strong outcomes and achieve our objectives.You will assist with our vision to create a brighter future together by supporting the Talent Acquisition Strategy and our key priorities, including employer branding, strategic sourcing, digital initiatives, and our diversity agenda.The People team collaborates with each business unit to make Zurich a great place to work. The team comprises approximately 30 members across BU HR, Performance & Reward, Health & Wellbeing, Payroll, Service/Operations, Talent & Diversity, and Talent Acquisition.Important to your successlet''s grow togetherYou should have strong stakeholder management, influencing, process, and communication skills, combined with proactive sourcing experience. You are initiative-driven, adaptable, insightful, dynamic, collaborative, and comfortable working in a changing environment where service quality (candidate experience, hiring manager engagement, onboarding) is paramount.Experience in in-house or RPO recruitment from a large corporate, particularly in Tech recruitment, is required. Insurance or financial services industry experience is beneficial but not mandatory. Familiarity with SuccessFactors ATS is a plus but not essential.Belong.
