HR BUSINESS PARTNER Location: Perth | Apply now What you can expect As a strategic business partner, the Senior HRBP is responsible for managing and providing day-to-day HR services. This includes handling the full employee cycleattraction, performance management, talent management, career development, and compensation & benefitsin line with local and group guidelines. Responsibilities and Duties Support the Regional or Sectoral HR Manager on all HR-related matters, ensuring alignment with corporate and regional strategies for effective HR process and policy implementation. Provide day-to-day support, expert advice, guidance, and recommendations to managers and the management team on operational and strategic HR issues. Build a strong network within the HR function to deliver value-added services aligned with the organizations objectives. Collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Facilitate internal mobility by connecting HR teams across regions for internal transfers. Coordinate internal transfers across regions, securing consensus from involved parties and ensuring compliance with transfer policies. Manage payroll outsourcing to third-party providers, preferably with SAP experience. Ensure efficient and cost-effective HR processes, including data management, storage, and analysis. Work with management to identify development needs and coordinate employee training and development with Talent Management. Enhance work relationships, boost morale, foster a positive culture, and improve retention. Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws, consulting legal advisors as needed. Promote effective internal communication through employee briefings, workshops, and engagement initiatives. What you will bring University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a relevant professional qualification. 7-10 years of HR experience. Knowledge of the Australia Fair Work Act and related employment legislation. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Strong analytical skills, results-oriented, quick learner. Excellent communication skills, proactive, self-motivated, and independent.
