Add expected salary to your profile for insightsWe are seeking a self-motivated, engaging and organised leader to step into the new role of Case Work Team Leader for the QLD South West Region Foster and Kinship Care Program based in Toowoomba. If you are passionate about leading and serving a team of compassionate, dedicated and focused professionals in their support of children, young people and foster carers, then this role is for you.The Case Work Team Leader and team, work with children and young people with a range of developmental, behavioral, and psychological needs. This role will work with families, carers and broader support networks to create stability for the young person by facilitating the achievement of stability and permanency. You will be required to co-ordinate the team resources to provide supports to foster carers, family, kin and children/young people to achieve individualised outcomes. You will primarily oversee the quality and validity of services, leading by best practice example.Operating under a strong clinical governance model, you will work within a team of independent practitioners within a specified regional geographic area.
