-lution is proud to be partnering with 7-Eleven to build their new in-house agency, and were looking for a confident, hands-on Design Lead to help bring it to life.This role is about more than just visual craft. Youll set the creative standard, lead and mentor a growing design team, and define how 7-Elevens visual identity shows up across campaign, content, and retail work. Youll work closely with creative, marketing, and digital teams to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency as the function scales.As part of a broader transformation, youll help us build a creative culture that balances pace with pride and delivers work that connects with customers every day.Day to day, youll:Set the visual direction for 7-Elevens brand, campaign, and retail workReview and guide design outputs across social, digital, OOH, and in-store channelsManage and mentor a team of in-house designers, supporting skill development and growthContribute to high-impact design projects and campaignsMaintain brand consistency through design systems, toolkits, and quality controlCollaborate with marketing, creative, and agency partners to ensure aligned deliverySupport the rollout of creative automation or templated design tools where relevantYour toolkit:Strong experience in senior design or art direction roles, ideally in-house or at a creative agencyA portfolio that shows multi-channel work across retail, digital, content and campaign formatsProven leadership skills and the ability to grow and mentor other designersDeep understanding of brand identity, campaign storytelling, and design systemsHigh standards of craft and a passion for great designComfortable working in Agile or cross-functional environmentsStrong collaboration and communication skillsWhy this opportunity at 7-Eleven?7-Eleven is an agile, human-centred organisation, and its people are at the heart of everything it does.
